    Magnesium deficiencies in humans were first described in Medical Literature back in 1934. Since then, I believe we have been on a downward slide. 57% of Americans do not meet the US RDA for Magnesium intake. Recent studies have shown that 70-80 percent of Americans are deficient in magnesium. Why is this such a big concern?
