    • Incorporate extra virgin olive oil, which is healthier, into your diet.
    • Gradually shrink your stomach by eating only 90 percent of your fullness.
    • Keep a detailed food diary. Pay attention to how what you eat can affect your mood, health, and weight.
    • Realize the difference between true hunger and just thirst. If you are bored and eating for entertainment, or eating because you are being forced to at a social event (peer pressure), you will be able to tell the difference. It is not as long as you think. I will explain each step in detail.
