When the storms of life arrive, which they often do, it is hard to anticipate them. Those who have been taught correctly have a choice.

    They have the option to either act on their unwavering belief in good nutrition and reap the benefits from a lean, healthy body or react to the trial by eating poorly or missing meals. Reactive choices can lead to excess fat, low energy, and other negative physical feelings. It’s difficult to argue that if you stay connected and turn on the power every day, you will reach your ideal weight, enjoy long life, and be in good health.
