    Headaches can be very frustrating. It is possible to go for days or even weeks without experiencing a headache. Then, the next month, you will experience debilitating headaches every day. It can be a dull, dull feeling that starts late in the afternoon and fades by dinner. The next day, it can be severe and lasts for several hours. A quick Internet search reveals that headaches can be caused by many things. But every person’s headaches can be triggered by different factors.

    Factors

    There are many contributing factors to headaches. Headaches are often described as a system of thresholds. A headache occurs when you exceed the threshold. When you fall below the threshold, the headache disappears. Your score is determined by adding up all of your headache factors. Let’s say you have a threshold of 75 points.

    This would produce a headache. A headache at 80 points is mild, 90 is severe. You might feel a bit off at 73 points, but you feel normal at 70. If your score reaches 76, you might feel a little bit of a headache. However, some rest will bring you down to 72, below the threshold, and the headache will disappear.

    Severe Headache

    A severe headache is caused by a score above 85. However, a little rest can bring you down to an 81 which is still severe. Headaches can be caused by going above the threshold. Going beyond the threshold will result in severe headaches. Did you know that a 70 feels exactly the same as a 50? Are you currently at 67 or 33? This is why it can be confusing to understand the factors and activities that can cause headaches.

    What causes a headache today might not cause one tomorrow. A headache is caused by an increase of six points in your score if you have a score of 72. A six-point increase in score of 33 does not make a significant difference. What is causing your score to rise?

    Hormonal Factor

    Your hormones, metabolism and diet all contribute to your point score. They fluctuate every day. You might have noticed that you can work on the computer for seven hours and not experience any problems, while the next day you will experience headaches after three hours. Your score was closer than threshold the second day, and computer work raised your muscle and joint points beyond threshold the third day.

    The goal of treatment is to get you closer to threshold. This allows you to have some bad days but not reach 75. Your risk of developing headaches is lower the lower your starting score. Although not all headache factors can be changed, there are many that can. Your muscle and joint points can be easily affected by chiropractic, massage therapy, and physical therapy treatments.

    Conclusion

    We can improve muscle flexibility, strength, endurance, inflammation, and reduce the pain that causes headaches. Everyone has different contributing factors. However, people with more muscle, joint and stress points are more likely to respond to our treatments. It is also easy to influence and improve the muscle and joint factors. Although it is difficult to alter your hormone and metabolic levels, many people suffer from poor posture and chronic muscle injuries which can lead to headaches.
