    • Garlic – Sinus sufferers should consume garlic in its raw form. This highly beneficial ingredient can relieve the irritation and pain caused by sinus congestion.
    • Cherry Bark – You can’t make cherry bark at home if you don’t know how to prepare it. Instead, you can buy it in the market. OTC cough remedies are available in many health shops. This ingredient can quickly stop your cough reflex, even if you only use a small amount.
    • Vinegar – Any vinegar will work, but apple cider vinegar is the best. It provides great relief for sinus congestion patients. This is a simple method to use. Simply combine one part apple cider vinegar and four parts water. Boil the solution for about five minutes, then inhale the steam. It is not pleasant to the nose, but it is very effective.
    • Marshmallow and Licorice – Both work in the same manner by covering the throat to reduce pain. If your case is not severe, you can use marshmallow instead. However, licorice can be very strong so it is best to stick with marshmallow.
    • Cloves and cinnamon – Both spices contain a chemical that can temporarily numb the throat. Because they are powdered, whole cloves and stick cinnamon can be used for this sinus home remedy. However, they are more difficult to chew and taste less sweet.
    • Eucalyptus oil can be added to boiling water and inhaled. It is a great sinus treatment that can quickly open your sinuses and relieve a sore throat.
