Since childhood, I have been suffering from migraines and headaches. My dad told me that when I was learning to talk as a baby, one of the first things that I learned was how to describe my head hurt. I was a heavy user of Tylenol (Tylenol) as well as ibuprofen, Motrin, to relieve pain. Although I don’t like the idea of putting drugs in my body for pain, I find that I can use any drug that provides relief when I am experiencing severe pain. It is difficult to recognize the causes of migraines and headaches.

This will reduce the stuffiness. I apply the peppermint oil directly on my scalp, right at the point of pain. It hurts me the most where it is applied. I will also use it to rub my fingers on my neck, above my eyebrows and behind my ears. You should not get it in the eyes or use the dabbing finger to rub your eye later. You can apply a small amount of vegetable oil to the area that has been affected if you do manage to get some. It will almost immediately stop the burning.

    Good to know

Apply it neatly to the forehead, temples, cheekbones and bridge of the nose. Apply to the neck and all points of the face.

      What are Migraine Headache Symptoms?

Although this has not worked for me personally, it may help others. Your blood sugar should be checked. A light headache can occur if your blood sugar is between 60-60.
